York IE, a vertically integrated strategic growth and investment firm for technology companies, today announced it has hired former Fastly and Oracle executive Matt Toy as vice president, client services. In this role, Toy will help the firm’s Advisory as a Service clients and portfolio companies access the operational expertise they need, in the areas where they need it most.

Toy will serve as the primary executive contact for clients and lead the new client services organization, whose primary goal is to act as the connective tissue between York IE’s various lines of business, including the firm’s four Advisory as a Service practice areas:.
