The Weekly Notable Startup Funding Report takes us on a trip across various ecosystems in the US, highlighting some of the notable funding activity in the various markets that we track. The notable startup funding rounds for the week ending 11/1/25 featuring funding details for Armis, Billd, Ruli, and fourteen other deals representing $1.5B in new funding that you need to know about.

Swarmer – $500K

Round Rock-based Swarmer is an autonomous operating system for coordinated drones. Founded by Alex Fink and Sergey Kuprienko in 2023, Swarmer has now raised a total of $18.3M in total equity funding and is backed by Oppenheimer Acceleration.

Hippocratic AI – $126.0M

Palo Alto-based Hippocratic AI is a healthcare technology company that develops safety-focused large-language models for medical applications. Founded by Alex Miller, Debajyoti Datta, Kim Parikh, Meenesh Bhimani, Munjal Shah, Saad Godil, Subhabrata Mukherjee, and Vishal Parikh in 2023, Hippocratic AI has now raised a total of $402.0M in total equity funding and is backed by Andreessen Horowitz, Avenir, CapitalG, Cincinnati Children’s, General Catalyst, John Doerr, Kleiner Perkins, Premji Invest, Rick Klausner, Universal Health Services, and WellSpan Health.

MoEngage – $60.0M

San Francisco-based MoEngage is an internet company that features cloud-based marketing services for consumer businesses. Founded by Amit Baid, Raviteja Dodda, and Yashwanth Kumar in 2014, MoEngage has now raised a total of $240.3M in total equity funding and is backed by A91 Partners and Goldman Sachs Alternatives.

Ripple – $500.0M

San Francisco-based Ripple is a provider of stablecoin-powered cross-border payments and digital asset custody solutions. Founded by Arthur Britto, Chris Larsen, Jed McCaleb, and Ryan Fugger in 2012, Ripple has now raised a total of $793.8M in total equity funding and is backed by Brevan Howard Asset Management, Citadel Securities, Fortress Investment Group, Galaxy Digital, Marshall Wace, and Pantera Capital.

Ruli – $6.0M

Austin-based Ruli reimagined the in-house counsel with an AI Counsel teammate for unparalleled efficiency and collaboration. Founded by Bryan Lee and Xi Sun in 2024, Ruli has now raised a total of $8.2M in total equity funding and is backed by Album VC, Foothill Ventures, Genius Ventures, Mana Ventures, PJC, and SignalFire.

Infravision – $91.0M

Austin-based Infravision develops aerial-robotics systems aimed at the construction, maintenance, and repair of power-transmission infrastructure. Founded by Cameron Van Der Berg and Chris Cox in 2018, Infravision has now raised a total of $114.0M in total equity funding and is backed by Activate Capital Partners, Energy Impact Partners, GIC, and Hitachi Ventures.

Procurement Sciences AI – $30.0M

Washington-based Procurement Sciences develops an AI-powered software platform tailored to businesses that pursue government contracts. Founded by Christian Ferreira in 2022, Procurement Sciences AI has now raised a total of $41.2M in total equity funding and is backed by Battery Ventures, Blu Venture Investors, Bosch Ventures, Catalyst Investors, Citi, K Street Capital, and Tower Research Capital.

Billd – $7.3M

Austin-based Billd is a construction finance company that offers material purchases at 120-day terms to the construction industry. Founded by Christopher Doyle and Jesse Weissburg in 2018, Billd has now raised a total of $114.8M in total equity funding and is backed by HighSage Ventures, MissionOG, and RJT Credit.

Reevo – $80.0M

Santa Clara-based Reevo is an AI-native revenue operating system that integrates marketing, sales, and customer success into a unified platform. Founded by Cindy Hao, Clement Fang, Curtis Tan, and David Zhu in 2024, Reevo has now raised a total of $90.0M in total equity funding and is backed by Khosla Ventures and Kleiner Perkins.

Truffle Security – $25.0M

San Francisco-based Truffle Security is an open source cybersecurity company that offers solutions for finding and remediating leaked software credentials. Founded by Dustin Decker, Dylan Ayrey, and Julian Dunning in 2019, Truffle Security has now raised a total of $40.0M in total equity funding and is backed by Abstract, Andreessen Horowitz, Casey Ellis, Emilio Escobar, Haroon Meer, Intel Capital, Lytical Ventures, and SignalRank.

Teleskope – $25.0M

New York-based Teleskope provides a data protection platform that automates data security, privacy, and compliance across organizational environments. Founded by Elizabeth Nammour and Julie Trias in 2022, Teleskope has now raised a total of $32.2M in total equity funding and is backed by Lerer Hippeau, M13, and Primary Venture Partners.

Armis – $435.0M

San Francisco-based Armis is a cyber exposure management and security company that protects the entire attack surface and detects threats in real time. Founded by Nadir Izrael, Tomer Schwartz, and Yevgeny Dibrov in 2015, Armis has now raised a total of $1.2B in total equity funding and is backed by CapitalG, Evolution Equity Partners, and Goldman Sachs Growth Equity.

Amae Health – $25.0M

San Francisco-based Amae Health specializes in integrated outpatient care for individuals with severe mental illness. Founded by Sonia Priscilla Garcia and Stas Sokolin in 2022, Amae Health has now raised a total of $40.0M in total equity funding and is backed by 8VC, Altos Ventures, Bling Capital, Cedars-Sinai Technology Ventures, Healthier Capital, Quiet Capital, and Virtue.

Inception – $50.0M

Palo Alto-based Inception develops diffusion large language models for latency-sensitive applications. Founded by Stefano Ermon in 2024, Inception has now raised a total of $56.0M in total equity funding and is backed by Andrej Karpathy, Andrew Ng, Databricks, Innovation Endeavors, M12 – Microsoft’s Venture Fund, Mayfield Fund, Menlo Ventures, NVentures, and Snowflake Ventures.
