The notable startup funding rounds for the week ending 11/8/25 featuring funding details for Armis, Billd, Ruli, and fourteen other deals representing $4.8B in new funding that you need to know about.

Scribe – $75.0M

San Francisco-based Scribe’s Workflow AI platform helps organizations capture and optimize how work gets done. Founded by Aaron Podolny and Jennifer Smith in 2019, Scribe has now raised a total of $130.0M in total equity funding and is backed by Amplify Partners, Morado Ventures, New York Life Ventures, Redpoint, StepStone Group, and Tiger Global Management.

Joy – $14.0M

Oakland-based Joy is a parenting platform that provides essential services and memories for young families. Founded by Alan Chan, Emily Greenberg, Jacqueline Yuen, and Joe Moak in 2021, Joy has now raised a total of $24.0M in total equity funding and is backed by Forerunner, Ingeborg Investments, Magnify Ventures, Next Legacy Partners, Raga Partners, Rogue Venture Partners, and Shazi Visram.

AirOps – $40.0M

San Francisco-based AirOps enables businesses to build AI-powered content workflows combining multiple language models with brand data for scalable growth. Founded by Alex Halliday, Berna Gonzalez, and Matt Hammel in 2021, AirOps has now raised a total of $62.5M in total equity funding and is backed by Frontline Ventures, Greylock, Unusual Ventures, Village Global, Wing Venture Capital, and Xfund.

House Rx – $55.0M

San Francisco-based House Rx is a health technology platform focused on improving affordability and patient access to specialty medications. Founded by Alon Krashinsky, Brian Lovett, Ogi Kavazovic, Ritesh (Tesh) Khullar, and Tesh Khullar in 2021, House Rx has now raised a total of $85.0M in total equity funding and is backed by Bessemer Venture Partners, First Round Capital, LRVHealth, New Enterprise Associates, Silicon Valley Bank, and Town Hall Ventures.

Anysphere – $2.3B

San Francisco-based Anysphere is an applied research lab focused on automating coding through innovative AI solutions. Founded by Aman Sanger, Arvid Lunnemark, Michael Truell, and Sualeh Asif in 2022, Anysphere has now raised a total of $3.4B in total equity funding and is backed by Accel, Andreessen Horowitz, Coatue, DST Global, Google, NVIDIA, and Thrive Capital.

Chaos – $510.0M

Los Angeles-based Chaos is a defense technology company that develops advanced sensing, detection, and communication technologies for the military sectors. Founded by Bo Marr, Brett Cummings, Gavin Hood, and John Tenet in 2022, Chaos has now raised a total of $1.0B in total equity funding and is backed by Finnvera Venture Capital and Nidoco.

Fabric8Labs – $50.0M

La Jolla-based Fabric8Labs is a machinery company that specializes in metal 3D printing. Founded by David Pain, David Wirth, and Jeff Herman in 2015, Fabric8Labs has now raised a total of $123.3M in total equity funding and is backed by Ericsson Ventures, Intel Capital, Lam Capital, Marunouchi Innovation Partners, Masco Ventures, New Enterprise Associates, SE Ventures, SK Hynix, TDK Ventures, and TGVP.

Skims – $225.0M

Culver City-based SKIMS provides a wide-ranging line of underwear, loungewear, and shapewear designed to deliver solutions for every body. Founded by Emma Grede, Jens Grede, and Kim Kardashian in 2019, Skims has now raised a total of $926.0M in total equity funding and is backed by BDT & MSD Partners and Goldman Sachs Alternatives.

Genspark – $200.0M

Palo Alto-based Genspark is an AI search platform that utilizes generative AI to create custom summaries and detailed overviews in response to user queries. Founded by Eric Jing and Kay Zhu in 2023, Genspark has now raised a total of $360.0M in total equity funding and is backed by LG Technology Ventures and SBI Investment.

Iambic – $100.0M

San Diego-based Iambic is disrupting the therapeutics landscape with its unique AI-driven drug-discovery platform. Founded by Fred Manby and Thomas Miller in 2019, Iambic has now raised a total of $303.0M in total equity funding and is backed by Abingworth, Alexandria Venture Investments, Alumni Ventures, ARK FUND, Ascenta Capital, Catalio Capital Management, Everbright Biofund, Freeflow Ventures, Illumina Ventures, Mubadala Capital, Pegasus Tech Ventures, Qatar Investment Authority, Regeneron Ventures, Sequoia Capital, Tao Capital Partners, Terra Magnum Capital Partners, and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.

Tavus – $40.0M

San Francisco-based Tavus develops AI humans that remember and empathize, enabling seamless transitions across chat, voice, and video. Founded by Hassaan Raza and Quinn Favret in 2020, Tavus has now raised a total of $64.2M in total equity funding and is backed by Correlation Ventures, CRV, Flex Capital, HubSpot Ventures, Scale Venture Partners, Sequoia Capital, Seven Stars, SV Angel, and Y Combinator.

Alembic – $145.0M

San Francisco-based Alembic is a MarTech startup that develops digital marketing tools and provides insights to help companies’ marketing teams. Founded by John Adams and Tomas Puig in 2018, Alembic has now raised a total of $275.4M in total equity funding and is backed by Accenture, Friends & Family Capital, Liquid 2 Ventures, NextEquity Partners, Prysm Capital, SLW, and WndrCo.

Harbinger – $160.0M

Garden Grove-based Harbinger is a commercial electric vehicle company that focuses on chassis architecture design. Neros Technologies – $75.0M

Los Angeles-based Neros Technologies is a defense technology company specializing in the development and manufacturing of advanced unmanned aerial systems. Founded by Olaf Hichwa and Soren Monroe-Anderson in 2023, Neros Technologies has now raised a total of $119.5M in total equity funding and is backed by Interlagos Capital, Sequoia Capital, and Vy Capital.

OnRamp – $15.0M

Boston-based OnRamp is customer onboarding software that helps businesses accelerate time-to-value with guided workflows and automation. Founded by Paul Holder and Ross Lerner in 2019, OnRamp has now raised a total of $31.2M in total equity funding and is backed by Contour Venture Partners, Javelin Venture Partners, Koch Disruptive Technologies, and Pear VC.

Santa Clara-based D-Matrix is a platform that enables data centers to handle large-scale generative AI inference with high throughput and low latency. Founded by Sid Sheth and Sudeep Bhoja in 2019, d-Matrix has now raised a total of $429.0M in total equity funding and is backed by Bullhound Capital, EDBI, Industry Ventures, M12 – Microsoft’s Venture Fund, Mirae Asset, Nautilus Venture Partners, Qatar Investment Authority, Temasek Holdings, and Triatomic Capital.

Clairity – $43.0M

Austin-based Clairity provides an AI-powered precision health platform focused on predicting future disease risk from routine medical imaging. Founded by Constance Lehman in 2020, Clairity has now raised a total of $49.7M in total equity funding and is backed by ACE Global Equity, Breast Cancer Research Foundation, and Sante Ventures.

1mind – $30.0M

San Francisco-based 1mind is a platform that deploys multimodal AI-powered Superhumans for revenue teams. Founded by Amanda Kahlow in 2024, 1mind has now raised a total of $40.0M in total equity funding and is backed by Alumni Ventures, Battery Ventures, Harmonic Growth Partners, Operator Collective, Primary Venture Partners, Success Venture Partners, and Wing Venture Capital.

NextSense – $16.3M

Mountain View-based NextSense develops wearable brain-sensing technology focused on sleep and cognitive health. Founded by Jonathan Berent in 2020, NextSense has now raised a total of $31.0M in total equity funding and is backed by Ascension Ventures, Bradley Horowitz, Corundum Neuroscience, David Eagleman, Esther Dyson, Joy Ventures, and Satori Capital.

Lucky Energy – $25.0M

Austin-based Lucky Energy is a better-for-you energy drink company. Founded by Richard Laver in 2023, Lucky Energy has now raised a total of $63.0M in total equity funding and is backed by Joyance Partners, North Fifth Services, Paine Schwartz Partners, and Sequel Holdings.

Quino Energy – $10.0M

San Leandro-based Quino Energy manufactures batteries that uses specially designed reactants called quinones that are dissolved in water. Founded by Eugene Beh in 2021, Quino Energy has now raised a total of $14.6M in total equity funding and is backed by ATRI Energy Transition.
