Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Friday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the rose 0.92%.
The best performers of the session on the were DSV Panalpina A/S (CSE:), which rose 3.74% or 38.00 points to trade at 1,054.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Ambu A/S (CSE:) added 3.46% or 4.40 points to end at 131.40 and Novo Nordisk A/S Class B (CSE:) was up 1.13% or 10.40 points to 927.30 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Novozymes A/S B (CSE:), which fell 0.90% or 3.70 points to trade at 408.60 at the close. Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CSE:) declined 0.87% or 1.70 points to end at 192.80 and Carlsberg A/S B (CSE:) was down 0.45% or 4.20 points to 929.00.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 86 to 57 and 15 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for July delivery was down 0.71% or 0.55 to $77.36 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in August fell 0.53% or 0.43 to hit $81.45 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract fell 0.60% or 14.25 to trade at $2,352.25 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.11% to 6.88, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.01% to 7.46.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.04% at 104.62.
