Tenable (NASDAQ:TENB) is in advanced discussions to purchase Israeli cyber firm Eureka. The deal is said to be valued in the several tens of million of dollars, according to a Calcalist report on Tuesday. Eureka negotiated with several companies before deciding to sell to Tenable (TENB). Eureka raised $8 million in seed funding in January 2022, according to the report. Tenable purchased Israeli company Ermetic for a reported price of $265 million in October. Tenable (TENB) is set to present at the William Blair 44th Annual Growth Stock Conference on Thursday.
