Financial Industry Regulatory Authority approved Green Leaf Innovations’ (GRLFD) 2,500:1 reverse stock split, effective December 22, 2025, alongside a reduction in authorized share capital.
The reverse split will reduce outstanding shares from ~16.7B to about 6.68M shares on a post-split basis.
The action is intended to increase the per-share price, eliminate penny stock stigma, and improve appeal to institutional investors.
Management is also significantly reducing authorized shares to limit dilution risk.
