Second-hand apartments sold Jerusalem and environs

Beit Shemesh: A 62 square meter, 3.5-room, second floor apartment on Keren Hayesod Street in the city center was sold for NIS 1.65 million. A 156 square meter, six-room, sixth floor apartment with parking on Rabbi Yitzhak Napha Street in Rama Daled was sold for NIS 3.38 million. A 180 square meter, five-room, first floor garden apartment with a 64 square meter yard on Sitvanit Street in Nofei Beit Shemesh was sold for NIS 5.25 million. A 120 square meter, five-room, sixth floor apartment on Ha’achim Street in the Neve Shamir neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.44 million.

Tel Aviv and central region

Bat Yam: A 105 square meter, four-room, first floor apartment with a 12 square meter balcony, overlooking the sea with a storage room and two parking spaces on Yoseftal Street in the southwest of the city was sold for NIS 3.3 million.

Kiryat Ono: A 100 square meter, four-room, 17th floor apartment with a balcony, elevator and two parking spaces on Yitzhak Rabin Street in Pisgat Ono was sold for NIS 3.45 million. A 165 square meter, four-room, fifth floor apartment on Hakfar Street in the Reisfeld neighborhood was sold for NIS 4.21 million. A 134 square meter, five-room, fifth floor apartment on Tnuat Hameri Street in the Havatika neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.8 million. A 132 square meter, four-room, 14th floor apartment with parking on Yitzhak Rabin Street in Pisgat Ono was sold for NIS 4 million.

Hadera: A 130 square meter, four-room, sixth floor apartment with parking on Yefe Nof Street in Neve Eliezer was sold for NIS 2.16 million. A 140 square meter, five-room semi-detached house with a 57 square meter yard and parking on Hakerem Street in Neve Eliezer was sold for NIS 2.46 million. A 148 square meter, four-room, third floor apartment with parking on Rehavam Zeevi Street in Givat Olga was sold for NIS 3.17 million. A 155 square meter, six-room house on Hashomer Street in the Weizmann neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.82 million.

Haifa and the north Zikhron Yaakov: A 82 square meter, three-room, third floor apartment on Dorot Street was sold for NIS 920,000. A 142 squarer meter, six-room house with a 282 square meter yard on Malkei Yisrael Street was sold for NIS 3.42 million.

Kfar Vradim: A 168 square meter, four-room house with two parking spaces on Moran Street was sold for NIS 3 million. A 226 square meter, six-room house on Havatzelet Street was sold for NIS 2.3 million. All deals were recently reported on the Israel Tax Authority website.
