The notable startup funding rounds for the week ending 5/30/26 featuring funding details for Flexprice, Triomics, Saris AI, and eighteen other deals representing $52.1B in new funding that you need to know about.

Reactor – $59.0M

San Francisco-based Reactor develops AI infrastructure and world models for real-time generative video and interactive applications. Founded by Alberto Taiuti and Bryce Schmidtchen in 2025, Reactor has now raised a total of $59M in total equity funding and is backed by Lightspeed Venture Partners, Abstract, Sky9 Capital, FPV Ventures, and Amplify Partners.

OpenRouter – $113.0M

New York-based OpenRouter provides a unified API that connects applications to AI models from multiple providers. Founded by Alex Atallah, Chris Clark, and Louis Vichy in 2023, OpenRouter has now raised a total of $153M in total equity funding and is backed by Andreessen Horowitz, Menlo Ventures, Sequoia Capital, Transpose Platform Management, and NVentures.

Observable Space – $90.0M

Santa Monica-based Observable Space develops technologies that help commercial, scientific, educational, and government organizations monitor activity in space. Founded by Alex Hawkinson and Dan Roelker in 2022, Observable Space has now raised a total of $106M in total equity funding and is backed by Lux Capital, Upfront Ventures, Oceans, Marlinspike Capital, and Embedded Ventures.

Saris AI – $28.8M

San Francisco-based Saris AI develops AI agents and workflow automation software for financial institutions. Founded by Alice Dinu, Danial Jameel, and James Dang in 2023, Saris AI has now raised a total of $28.8M in total equity funding and is backed by 8VC, Liquid 2 Ventures, Audacious Ventures, Homebrew, and Btech Consortium.

Gray Swan – $40.0M

Pittsburgh-based Gray Swan provides AI security and safety testing software for artificial intelligence systems. Founded by Andy Zou, Matt Fredrikson, and Zico Kolter in 2023, Gray Swan has now raised a total of $40M in total equity funding and is backed by Samsung NEXT, Wing Venture Capital, Madrona, Obvious Ventures, and Snowflake Ventures.

Countable Labs – $26.0M

Palo Alto-based Countable Labs develops molecular detection and single-molecule counting technology for biotechnology research and diagnostics. Founded by Ari Chaney, Christina Fan, and Stephen Fodor in 2019, Countable Labs has now raised a total of $26M in total equity funding and is backed by Primer Ventures, ARCH Venture Partners, and F-Prime.

Solstice Health – $21.0M

New York-based Solstice Health provides an AI-powered platform for clinical data retrieval and life sciences commercialization. Founded by Aris Saxena in 2022, Solstice Health has now raised a total of $24.5M in total equity funding and is backed by Transformation Capital, Virtue, Twelve Below, Edward Lando, and Pareto Holdings.

Anthropic – $50.0B

San Francisco-based Anthropic develops artificial intelligence models and AI systems for research, enterprise, and consumer applications. Founded by Benjamin Mann, Daniela Amodei, Dario Amodei, Jack Clark, Jared Kaplan, Sam McCandlish, and Tom Brown in 2021, Anthropic has now raised a total of $120.9B in total equity funding and is backed by TPG, General Catalyst, Temasek Holdings, Accel, and Menlo Ventures.

Thea Energy – $100.0M

Kearny-based Thea Energy develops fusion energy systems based on stellarator magnetic confinement technology. Founded by Brian Berzin and David Gates in 2022, Thea Energy has now raised a total of $120M in total equity funding and is backed by Gaingels, Alumni Ventures, Hitachi Ventures, Lowercarbon Capital, and US Innovative Technology Fund.

Daloopa – $47.0M

New York-based Daloopa provides structured financial data and automation tools for investment research and analysis. Founded by Daniel Chen, Jeremy Huang, and Thomas Li in 2019, Daloopa has now raised a total of $101.4M in total equity funding and is backed by Nexus Venture Partners, Morgan Stanley, Liquid 2 Ventures, Touring Capital, and Hack VC.

Corgi Insurance – $106.0M

San Francisco-based Corgi Insurance provides business insurance solutions for startups and technology companies. Founded by Emily Yuan and Nico Laqua in 2024, Corgi Insurance has now raised a total of $374.5M in total equity funding and is backed by Alumni Ventures, TCV, SV Angel, Y Combinator, and Gold House.

Triomics – $22.0M

San Francisco-based Triomics uses generative AI to identify patients and accelerate clinical trial enrollment. Founded by Hrituraj Singh, Sajjan Rajpurohit, and Sarim Khan in 2021, Triomics has now raised a total of $37.1M in total equity funding and is backed by General Catalyst, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Nexus Venture Partners, Y Combinator, and Battery Ventures.

Stord – $250.0M

Atlanta-based Stord provides commerce software and logistics services for e-commerce and omnichannel brands. Founded by Jacob Boudreau and Sean Henry in 2015, Stord has now raised a total of $655M in total equity funding and is backed by Franklin Templeton, BoxGroup, Gaingels, Founders Fund, and Bond.

Pace – $46.0M

New York-based Pace develops AI-powered operations software for the insurance industry. Founded by Jamie Cuffe in 2024, Pace has now raised a total of $56M in total equity funding and is backed by Sequoia Capital, Thrive Capital, Emergence Capital, and PruVen Capital.

Tensormesh – $20.0M

Foster City-based Tensormesh develops infrastructure software that improves the efficiency of AI inference and large language model deployment. Founded by Junchen Jiang, Kuntai Du, and Yihua Cheng in 2025, Tensormesh has now raised a total of $24.5M in total equity funding and is backed by CoreWeave, NVentures, Valley Capital Partners, AMD Ventures, and Laude Ventures.

Lastwall – $16.0M

Mountain View-based Lastwall develops identity and access security technology for critical infrastructure and enterprise environments. Founded by Karl Holmqvist in 2013, Lastwall has now raised a total of $16M in total equity funding and is backed by Business Development Bank of Canada, Elemental Impact, Blue Bear Capital, Streamlined, and New Brunswick Innovation Foundation.

Flexprice – $1.5M

San Francisco-based Flexprice provides pricing automation and optimization software for businesses. Founded by Koshima Satija, Manish Choudhary, and Nikhil Mishra in 2024, Flexprice has now raised a total of $2M in total equity funding and is backed by Shastra VC, TDV Partners, Anupam Mittal, Gunjan Patidar, and Harshit Dwivedi.

Human Archive – $8.2M

Mountain View-based Human Archive builds large-scale human data platforms for training embodied AI and robotics systems. Founded by Raj Patel, Rushil Agarwal, Samay Maini, and Shloke Patel in 2026, Human Archive has now raised a total of $8.7M in total equity funding and is backed by Y Combinator, nvp capital, and Wing Venture Capital.

Kubera Health – $6.5M

New York-based Kubera Health provides an AI-native platform for healthcare financial performance management. Founded by Roja Garimella in 2023, Kubera Health has now raised a total of $9.5M in total equity funding and is backed by Upfront Ventures, Company Ventures, SemperVirens Venture Capital, and Dria Ventures.

Cognition – $1.0B

San Francisco-based Cognition develops AI software engineering systems that automate coding and development tasks. Founded by Russell Kaplan, Scott Wu, Steven Hao, and Walden Yan in 2023, Cognition has now raised a total of $1.9B in total equity funding and is backed by General Catalyst, Founders Fund, Pear VC, Khosla Ventures, and 8VC.

ClearNote Health – $52.0M

San Diego-based ClearNote Health develops non-invasive diagnostic tests using epigenomics and machine learning. Founded by Samuel Levy in 2016, ClearNote Health has now raised a total of $122M in total equity funding and is backed by Mattias Westman, Pathology Asia Holdings, Stephen Quake, and Sandy Weill.
