Graham offers more than 40 years of executive leadership in professional services, risk management, and financial governance. Most recently, he served as Global Chief Risk Officer at Deloitte, where he led the firm’s Global Risk & Brand Protection Office and advised Deloitte’s CEO, Global Executive Committee, and Board on risk, crisis management, and cybersecurity.

Bob brings deep expertise in enterprise risk, public and private financing, M&A, and board governance, including SEC-qualified Audit Committee financial expert credentials. His experience operating at the highest levels of global enterprise, combined with a strong understanding of complex regulatory and security environments, will help York IE strengthen its operating rigor and risk-aware growth as it scales.
