More food products have been added to a nationwide recall linked to powdered milk that may have been contaminated with salmonella.
The U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) initially released a notice about powdered milk potentially contaminated with salmonella on April 20. The FDA then notified the Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS), which released its own public health alert for the powdered milk on April 30. The recalled product was made and distributed by California Dairies, Inc., which initiated the recall.
The initial list included frozen pizzas sold at Aldi stores nationwide, though it has since expanded to include products sold at retailers like Walmart, Target, QVC and Williams Sonoma. The agencies noted that more food items made with the powdered milk would be added on a rolling basis as the recall was processed.
Here’s a look at the full list of products affected by the recall, as of May 27, according to the FDA and FSIS.

Symptoms of Salmonella Poisoning
Symptoms of salmonella poisoning usually start six hours to six days after swallowing the bacteria. The most common symptoms are diarrhea, fever and stomach cramps, according to the CDC.
While most healthy people can recover in four to seven days without treatment, some vulnerable groups — like children under 5, adults 65 and older, and those with weakened immune systems — may experience more severe illness that requires medical treatment or hospitalization.
If you display any of these more serious symptoms, the CDC advises contacting your health care professional:
Diarrhea and a fever higher than 102 degrees Fahrenheit
Diarrhea for more than three days that is not improving
Bloody diarrhea
So much vomiting that you cannot keep liquids down
Signs of dehydration, such as not peeing much, dry mouth and throat, and feeling dizzy when standing up
