Baselayer $20.0M

New York-based Baselayer automates B2B risk assessment and eliminates fraud for over 1,900 Financial & Government Institutions. Founded by Jonathan Awad, Timothy Hyde, and William Slessman in 2023, Baselayer has now raised a total of $47M in total equity funding and is backed by Koro Capital and M13.

BRANDRANK.AI $3.0M

Cincinnati-based BrandRank.AI provides AI search visibility and brand monitoring software for tracking brand performance across AI platforms. Founded by Hank Hudepohl and Pete Blackshaw in 2024, BRANDRANK.AI has now raised a total of $4.2M in total equity funding and is backed by Chris Hood, Grit Capital Partners, John Costello, John Pepper, Julie Eddleman, Mercury Fund, QCA Ventures, Sandberg Bernthal Venture Partners, Sidecar Angels, and Tech Square Ventures.

Minneapolis-based Claros Technologies develops PFAS detection, testing, and destruction technologies for environmental remediation. New York-based Dili provides AI-powered compliance automation software for construction, infrastructure, and energy projects. Dimension Studios $1.7M

Santa Monica-based Dimension Studios is an AI-driven social commerce platform that accelerates consumer brands on TikTok Shop and beyond. Salt Lake City-based Epitel is a medical technology company that develops wearable EEG devices and software for neurological monitoring and data analysis. Founded by Mark Lehmkuhle in 2017, Epitel has now raised a total of $41.7M in total equity funding and is backed by Catalyst Health Ventures and Genoa Ventures.

Henry $16.5M

New York-based Henry develops AI software that automates underwriting, market research, and deal workflows for commercial real estate. P-1 AI $50.0M

Henderson-based P-1 AI is a technology company focused on developing an artificial general engineering intelligence (AGEI). Founded by Adam Nagel, Aleksa Gordić, Paul Eremenko, Sandeep Neema, and Susmit Jha in 2024, P-1 AI has now raised a total of $73M in total equity funding and is backed by New Enterprise Associates.

Procode AI $10.0M

Los Angeles-based Procode AI is an AI coding technology company that automates direct to bill through AI-powered coding. Founded by Jeff Cripe in 2024, Procode AI has now raised a total of $14M in total equity funding and is backed by Four Acres Capital and Health Velocity Capital.

Simile $200.0M

Palo Alto-based Simile provides a platform for automating and improving communication and collaboration through AI-driven tools. Founded by Joon Park, Lainie Yallen, and Michael Bernstein in 2025, Simile has now raised a total of $300M in total equity funding and is backed by A*, Bain Capital Ventures, CVS Health Ventures, Definition, Factory, Greenoaks, Hanabi Capital, and Index Ventures.

Smallest AI $13.0M

San Francisco-based Smallest.ai builds the full-stack voice AI infrastructure behind real-time, human-like enterprise voice agents. Founded by Akshat Mandloi and Sudarshan Kamath in 2023, Smallest AI has now raised a total of $21M in total equity funding and is backed by 3one4 Capital, Seligman Ventures, and Sierra Ventures.

ThreatLocker $190.0M

Orlando-based ThreatLocker is a cybersecurity company that specializes in endpoint security and application whitelisting solutions. Founded by Danny Jenkins, John Carolan, and Sami Jenkins in 2017, ThreatLocker has now raised a total of $489.4M in total equity funding and is backed by Arthur Ventures, D. E. Shaw & Co., Elephant, and Koch Disruptive Technologies.

Throne $10.0M

Austin-based Throne is a health company that focuses on individual gut wellness and hydration maintenance.
